Job Offer

Companies contact us to inquire about the number of people needed for the position, including working conditions and working hours.

02.

Staff Selection

We select employees who fit the company’s needs from among our employees, create a list, and send it to the company.

03.

Interview

The company reviews the list we send them and selects the employees they like to interview.

04.

Trial

We provide training necessary for the company for a certain period of time to employees who pass the company’s interview.

05.

Make a Contract

After completing the training provided by the company, the company signs a labor dispatch contract with SC JOB agncy.

06.

Working

Once the contract with the company is completed, the employee begins working according to the contract set by the company.

The welfare benefits for dispatched employees are entirely provided by SC JOB agency. Therefore, the company does not need to provide separate welfare benefits only to dispatched employees.

If you wish to hire an employee who has worked for the company for more than one year as a regular employee, you must sign a separate employee transfer contract with SC Job Agency.

The salaries for employees are settled weekly and SC JOB agency issues an invoice to the company for the corresponding working hours on a weekly basis. The company must pay the salaries of employees who worked until Wednesday to SC agency. The salaries for employees are determined at the time of contract with the company and are above the minimum wage set by the UK government.

It is possible. If possible, companies should request direct dispatch at least one week in advance, but if an employee is suddenly absent or does not come to work for other reasons, they can request a dispatch. If you require a sudden dispatch, we will send the employee as quickly as possible, but please be aware that it will take at least 1-2 hours.

If an employee’s work efficiency is low or his/her work attitude is immature, the company may ask us to replace the employee. It is recommended that the company maintain 2-3 trained employees for each position.
